Ghostrider (Johnny Blaze version) vs Omega Red who wins and why?

I say Ghostrider he has the peance stare that makes criminals experience they have caused and Omega Red has caused tons of pain. Plus Ghostrider's power is super natural. Plus he has super human strength speed and durability. On top of that he can project and control hellfire. Also he has a chain that he can whip at his enemies or use it to choke them to death. Personally I think Ghostrider would find a way to destroy Omega Red's armor thous making him more vulnerable. After that Omega Red is pretty much screwed.

Ok the pain with the penance stare forces whoever it is to experience the emotional pain that is equivlant that they have caused others.

(the ability to project and control Hellfire, which can sear the soul as well as burn the flesh)

I personally think Ghost Rider would wipe the floor with Omega Red, he's not even on par with him, even though Marvel ALWAYS understates Ghost Rider's abilities.

Great write up, but I had no ideas about these facts:

Naomi Kale returned to spy on John; while glad to see him grow into a happy young man, she still feared he might eventually succumb to the family curse. Naomi bargained with Mephisto to spare John, hoping this might end the curse. Unfortunately, Mephisto betrayed her in the final moments of her life, swearing that even though Johnny would not become the true Ghost Rider, he still could become "a" Ghost Rider.

... and ...

While one side of John's family grew closer, the other began coming apart. When Emma and Craig were kidnapped by rogue Blood member Regent, John rescued them, but was shocked to learn that Roxanne had bargained the children away years earlier in hopes that Regent could remove the Kale curse.

I don't remember those at all.

Edit: Oh, and Ghostie would own Red's ass.

Naomi Kale story was ghost rider -1, and the blaze story with regent was the blaze 4 part mini series, wich was actually pretty good towards the end of it.
