An actual character compared to an Anti-Hero like Don Drapper? Let's face it Ryan Murphy wants a PERFECT existence for Kurt in the end. He's not going to get it with someone like that.

That and anti-heroes on Glee unless you're Sue, Santana, or Quinn get kicked to the side. Look at what happened to Jesse.

Since when was Jesse a hero of any kind? He was a prick and a plot device.

I swear, I'm just to have to start walking over and just slapping him whenever he gets on these rants so that he just starts to fear even going near some of this stuff. :o

With ulterior motives and no genuine feelings for her. :o
''I think I'm starting to like her." = Said to Shelby, btw his ulterior motives weren't all that evil. He just wanted to hook the girl up with her mother. It wasn't until the random ''I'M GONNA EGG YOU" scene that he was an ass to her.

Through some overly dramatic totally unnecessary reveal. That's not an anti-hero, that's a drama queen. :o :p

Okay, point taken here, but whatever. We'll see where this go, but I'm gonna prepare some told ya so gifs just in case.

No one said it won't happen, just that you're being so obsessive over it. Drama queen. :o

Just allow me to get my herp and derp in on one place, EVERYONE else has some place. Let me have here. :(

i think, and hope, blaine breaks kurt's heart. gay teens just need those life lessons.

I don't see why a "knight in shining armor" is such an 'uninteresting' character. Like I don't want that for Blaine, but I don't see why everyone has to have a darkness about them to be interesting.

because, wait for it, nobody's perfect and everyone has flaws (terrible ones...) ;)

Being a knight in shining armor who's mainly a positive character doesn't mean that they are perfect.

i thought being called a knight in shining armor was another way to call someone pretty much perfect.. like mr. tom hardy.

Yo, Gleeks. I have a question.

I was listening to "When I Get You Alone" by Robin Thicke (one of my favorite songs) on Youtube, glanced down at the comments, and saw a bunch of people talking about Glee.

Have they performed this song on the show?

Not yet. Blaine's doing it second episode after hiatus.

I think that effectively kills any chances of Blaine/Kurt long term.

Because--gasp, shock--Blaine isn't a perfect knight in shining armor? I know from both here and Glee Forum that you're a Kurt/Sam shipper, but I think you're reading quite a bit into what Criss said to take Blaine having some flaws (and maybe developing an actual personality which is what you were complaining about him not having?) to mean he and Kurt have no chance.

Kurt is plenty flawed, and so is everyone else on Glee. Blaine not being the god among men that Kurt thinks he is at first glance doesn't mean he's Jesse 2.0 or that he's some evil person who's going to ruin Kurt's life.

To be honest. In the end I ship Kurt/Best possible story. Right now I just don't feel like Blaine is the best possible story.

But I'm down with whatever they do in the end I suppose.

Being flawed is not the same as being an "anti-hero". Everyone on Glee is flawed, and Kurt himself is most definitely not an exception.

Plus, we've already gotten hints of Blaine's flaws. He says himself as soon as we meet him that he didn't stand up for himself and let bullies chase him away, and in the Sectionals episode I think we see he's overly concerned with conforming (which may well stem from his background of being bullied). He's not perfect and never was.

In continuing my journey to finish season 1, I've finally seen "Dream On." I think it just became one of my favorite episodes.

It's definitely in my top 5.

We see Blaine through Kurt's eyes at this point, as we've not been able to see Blaine outside of Kurt. And in Kurt's eyes, he is definitely perfect.

I don't know why my top 5 Glee episodes would be. I think Dream On would be in the top 10 at least.

Duets is probably my favorite thus far this season.

Duets is easily my favourite this year, and in my Top 5 overall.

Out of s2, I really enjoyed Special Education and Duets
