Goldie Hawn and Amy Schumer South American Adventure Comedy

An April Ludgate spin-off?

Yeah. Also, let's face it, she doesn't often play someone from a Hispanic background. That's fine and all, but it's nice to do it once in a while (besides Parks and Rec).

I'm just anxiously awaiting being able to see this fail. Schumer sucks in everything she does and this movie looks even worse than her other 'work'.

If you’re my friend and you know me, you know that I love Amy Schumer. A lot of my friends really hate her, but I think she’s one of the coolest women working in the entertainment business today.

And that love is now officially reciprocal shown here:

I’m not going to lie, but a lot of the majority of the jokes don’t work and the most of it is due to my #1 trite I have with comedies: ad-libbing. Due to the amount of ad-libbing, there’s a lot of tumbleweed moments in the movie and the very one-note story doesn't help either.

Train wreck was good but it was too long.

I think the problem is Apatow tends to over do it with the improv. Like in some scenes it's fine, but when you over do it, it hurts the pacing because sometimes certain actors over do it. Like something written like a quick quip can turn into a 30 second rant.
