What are the most gory deaths you've seen in a movie?
I say the Final Destination deaths are pretty good.
And, of course the saw films.

Jason Goes to Hell: Director's Cut

I don't know if anything can really top the audacious raunch of when the couple are shagging in the tent, and Jason first stabs a tent pole through the girl, but then proceeds to pull it up, tearing her in two...

It's pretty grotesque :

Hell yes! Great movie, great movie. I cringed when the barbedwire started running up the Borg Queen's skirt.

The birth scene in the Hills Have Eyes 2 was pretty uncomfortable for me.

I remember a scene, although vaguely, in Pet Semetary 2 where Clancy Brown kills this kid with a bike being pretty gruesome. Although it's been years since I've seen it.

TCM Part 2 had some gruesome deaths as well.
