Just finished reading this, and while it's well written with some memorable moments (Superman walking in on a woman in the bath and her attempts to seduce him, Supes hearing Lois being shot and flying around the world in three seconds to catch her), it's not really a standalone story. The villains are not charaterised properly and we don't see what happens to them, the whole sexual tension thing is not wrapped up, and it ends on a cliffhanger.

I agree somewhat but I chose to put just this one because although I enjoyed the follow up (That Healing Touch), I didn't think it was as good as this one.

How's Up, Up, and Away?

Out of the park. The art is great (especially the coloring--very classy) and the story has an even, calm pace that I really dug. Definatley pick it up.

I thought that one was good but could have been better, I'm hoping Camelo Falls will be even better. This one had a kind of SR type story but with the end result being alot better.

Eh. Personally, I felt that Camelot Falls was 40% strong dialog and characterization, 60% mind-numbingly stupid plots and overblown fights with boring villians. "Up, Up and Away!" seemed far more balanced.

The only thing I didn't like about UUA is the characterization of Luthor. Granted, I'm glad they finally got him out of the office and back to some good old-fashioned supervillainy, but he was a little too generic-mad-scientist.

Other than that, I thought it was great.
