Saw this trailer on the big screen at work today. I can already tell I'll be seeing this multiple times in IMAX, lol.

A combination of beauty and terror. Very gripping trailer.

Doomsday is laying out the harsh truths.

I didnt expect this to be such an heavy cgi film. Some looks great , some looks off.

Premise is awesome. Loved to see something similar in the show Planetes

Complete Blackness. That's as terrifying as it can get.

Okay, the trailer was good and I'm now interested in this film. It's kind of like Open Water in space. That's a very polarizing movie, but I personally loved it.

Elysium Rim Gravity will be battling for best sci fi film of the year

I think Pacific Rim is more fantasy based than the other two. Elysium is sci-fi but comes off as possibly plausible.

Trailer looks amazing...but...I have a hard time figuring out how they are going to stretch it out into a movie? Did we just see the end of the film and everything else is just talk? Or will we see 45 minutes of Sandra floating around in space?

Its more of a matter of Elysium being straight up speculative fiction.

Yeah, although Gravity looks spectacular, there's no contest for me btw Pac Rim with giant monsters vs giant robots, Elysium which according to the script will be amazing balls to wall action, and this, a rollercoaster drama about a woman trying to survive in space.

It's no surprise, but still, cinematography looks absolutely gorgeous. Lubezki is making love to space.

Doesn't the movie has like less than 200 shots or something ? So yeah , this wont fall into normal storytelling that audiences maybe are used to it.

This will probably be a great moody technique based movie.

The trailer is probably the only scene with some action , so they could sell it a little bit more easily.
