Don't have the whole scene yet, but the way they used one of THE most over-used pieces of opera ever in movies and somehow made it feel fresh was masterful in this scene, imo:

Great Balls of Fire was one of my fave bio pics back in the day Quaid killed it as Jerry Lee and hearing those classic Lewis songs are always great. I always liked how the movie ended with the text "Jerry Lee Lewis is playing his heart out somewhere in America.....tonight" but I am paraphrasing that line ;).
