For me it's the Andy Griffith Show. No matter how many times you watch it, it's funny all the time and the stories don't feel forced like most other sitcoms. The theme song is great and easy to remember.

Gotta love the theme song

Important lessons like why we should learn history.

Bearing in mind, that i dont count Curb Your Enthusiasm, Peep Show or Arrested Development as sitcoms, i'm gonna have to go with either Seinfeld or Frasier.

How are they not sitcoms? The definition of sitcom is a situational comedy. Curb Your Enthusiasm and Arrested Development are very much comedies, and are very much about situations.

:thing: :doom: :thing:

Sure, it's a personal thing, though. As out of date as i know im being here, when i think of sitcoms, I think of sets and laughtracks... Curb and Development feel bigger are more than that... A whole other animal.

M.A.S.H. or Seinfeld. I don't know if we can count The Simpsons.

i dunno if they are the best, but these are the ones i've liked the most

Scrubs
The Simpsons
South Park
Friends
Seinfeld
Frasier
Cheers

First RE:Avatar; if that's you, WOW!

Great list. all great sitcoms.

I'll give to Seinfeld even though the last couple of seasons could've been better.

That's when Larry David left the show and Seinfeld had to take care of everything himself..

the munsters should definately be near the top of the list. also the brady bunch was really popular

Newsradio *****s

Seinfeld

It's so darn entertaining.

I also like All in the Family and the Dick Van Dyke Show.
