Greatest Sitcom of All Time?

Don't some of you think more time is needed to determine whether a sitcom is the greatest of all time or not? Some of the shows mentioned have only been around 3 or 4 years.

I think we have to look at how much impact a show had, and 3 or 4 years isn't enough time.

I was a big fan of Cheers, Night Court, All in the Family,Soap and Friends, but the greatest sitcom was Seinfeld. It wins my vote because of consistency. Season after season it was strong and didn't lose it's identity. They ended it before any shark jumping was needed. It was and is the greatest so far. IMO.

We are talking of All Time, which to me has to still be watchable 15-20 years after it aired.

So have to go with The Cosby Show, they don't make shows like that anymore, the cast just worked together so well.
