The first Raimi's Spider-Man was the best of the trio, Spider-Man 2 was terrible and horrid, Spider-Man 3 was still mediocre but at least more entertaining than number 2 (Sandman was very good)... the only thing I save in Part 2 is the fantastic train scene.
Said that, the only thing I did not like in Spider-Man 1 was the high tech power rangerish Green Goblin, that had no mystique or charm.
Why on hell in Amazing Spider-Man 2 they kinda rehashed that appearance minus the mask... it screams b-movie and cheap a lot !!!!!
