Green, Grey, or dark Green?

LL has recently stated that he want's to make the HULK "less green". And at the same time said he likes the grey HULK. What would you like to see?

The saturated green of the first. The thing that irked me about Ultimate Destruction and the Ultimate Hulk is that he essentially has the macabre vestiges of a moving Christmas tree or a clone of the Jolly Green Giant. When I first saw the movie Hulk the first thing I said to myself was 'that's definitely the Hulk, no doubt about it'. Don't fix what isn't broken.

a little part of me wonders if he should change colour at all but since it's sticking to continuity then fair enough...

at the end of the day, it doesn't affect the quality of the film and it is just an aesthetic feature.

how is this any less menacing than just green

it really does make no difference what colour he is.

some of the options themselves are subjective. the hulk was both light and dark shades of green in the last film depending in what scenario he was in and the surrounding amount of sunlight on him.


I don't see the point in worrying about the colour of something when it really has no major impact on the character.

heck, they bloody changed the color of the character early on in THE COMICS and what effect did that have, nadda. So why should the same be said about the films?

I understand what you're getting at NR but you have to understand that if, from the get go, the Hulk were red, blue or pruple with pink polka dots, that fine that color doesn't matter. IMO the book would not have lasted as long as it has if that were the case. However, he's been green forever. Everyone knows he's green and he should stay green. It's like changing his powers. I don't think if The Hulk were to grow when he got madder it would.......Oh never mind. t:

You want to know the sad thing? After hearing Leterrier's views on the Hulk I sort of feel he's going to look as alien as he does in that image.
