I pray this rumor is BS, but like I said before, I am more distrubed by this one.

If SMG appears in this movie though, it will NOT be as Harley Quinn but I do have a suspicion of which character.

Haha, I can tell this rumor has really shaken you up. Maybe Nolan is required to cast a young female in each of his Batman movies that was once previously on tv. Maybe Mischa Barton will be in the 3rd Batman movie.

30 on April 14. Not too young to play Essen at all as Essen in Year one was under 30.

Not long after I post a short piece about the possibility of Renee Montana appearing in The Dark Knight, a few e-mails arrived that claimed to know who was going to play the part. A couple named Carla Gugino, which made a certain amount of sense, one named Salma Hayek and one named Sarah Michelle Gellar. Gellar seemed like an odd girl out.

Now Aint it Cool have linked to a short piece on a Joss Whedon fansite that also suggests Gellar is going to be in the film.

Somehow, though, I don't believe it yet. There's enough Buffy fans out there that her name gets attached to just about everything by over-enthisiastic fans.

SMG as Gilda is not a bad idea, in fact I like that better then the HQ talk just because it seems too early in Joker's career for a "sidekick".

Harley would/could fit in in the 3rd movie, but now? No.

And SMG in the role? Just for her "famous" name? No.

After watching "Veronica Mars" I believe that Kristen Bell would be perfect. But that's just me.
