Pfft, I don't know. I just remember something about his wand being similar to Voldemort's for some reason.Which one? His original one or the elder wand?

So quick question. The night Voldemort failed to kill baby Harry an 8th piece of his soul attached to Harry, but what exactly happened with the other piece. The one that possessed Quirrel. Why wasn't at least one piece of soul destroyed by the backfired AK?
Because Avada Kedavra's don't destroy souls they just kill people. The part that possessed Quirrel was his actual normal soul from before he tried to kill Harry, sans the horcrux piece that went into Harry. It was that soul that later went into his new body made in the 4th book.
I believe it was the 7th piece of his soul aka horcrux. So quick question. .
I do believe Voldemort knew that Harry was indeed a horcrux and had part of his soul inside of him which would explain the connection between the two.
Voldemort did not intend to put a piece of his soul into something so fragile as a human body that could possibly die etc...etc...But Voldemort had to have known there was a reason behind him and Harry sharing thoughts, emotions, feelings, etc...Dumbledore did not reveal that Harry was a horcrux until he was of proper age and for the simple fact that sending a child to its death would be horrible. If Dumbledore knew that Harry was a horcrux, Voldemort must have known he left a little piece of himself in Harry and that would be the reason behind all of their connections. Voldemort knowingly created 7 horcurxes because of the number 7 being magical. If he did not know about Harry, he would have created 8. The quote you gave is just mentioning the fact that Voldemort couldn't understand Lily's protection, love and sacrifice, and all that jazz. How would he know? Like Dumbledore said, Harry was the Horcrux he never meant to make. Dumbledore did not reveal to Harry he was a Horcrux till the end for the simple fact that Voldemort could reach into Harry's mind and know about it.
"And his knowledge remained woefully incomplete, Harry!"
Then why did he not create another horcrux to achieve number 7 if he did not know about Harry? Dumbledore mentioned that creating one horcrux would be painful but after time, the creator would not feel anything because of how many times his soul was split. He wouldn't feel his soul tearing apart and he wouldn't feel anything if one was destroyed. Somebody would have to be the wiser to know that a boy he tried to kill now shares his thoughts, emotions, and feelings for some odd reason.Voldemort knew of the connection with Harry, but he never knew it to be from a horcrux.
Not really. He doesn't value such trivial things. Besides, Dumbledore already confirmed he didn't know in the King's Cross chapter.Voldemort did not intend to put a piece of his soul into something so fragile as a human body that could possibly die etc...etc...But Voldemort had to have known there was a reason behind him and Harry sharing thoughts, emotions, feelings, etc..
Wrong. His intention was to create a seven part soul, not a seven Horcruxes. 6 Horcruxes + one residing in his body= 7.Voldemort knowingly created 7 horcurxes because of the number 7 being magical. If he did not know about Harry, he would have created 8.
No, read the book again. The quote you gave is just mentioning the fact that Voldemort couldn't understand Lily's protection, love and sacrifice, and all that jazz.
Meh, don't have the time or patience. I could have sworn that he asked Slughorn about creating 7 horcurxes...I don't want to look it up either. Not really. He doesn't value such trivial things. Besides, Dumbledore already confirmed he didn't know in the King's Cross chapter.

No, read the book again.
Maybe he was comfortable with 6. Maybe he was going to after killing the Potters and never got a chance. We'll never know unless JK RAowling has an answer. Then why did he not create another horcrux to achieve number 7 if he did not know about Harry?
He maybe thought it was something with the scar.Dumbledore mentioned that creating one horcrux would be painful but after time, the creator would not feel anything because of how many times his soul was split. he wanted 7 pieces because it was the most powerful magical number- another layer of protection. He suceeded until harry- the 8th was an accident he wasn't aware ofThen why did he not create another horcrux to achieve number 7 if he did not know about Harry?
"He made seven Horcruxes?"
"I am glad to see you appreciate the maginitude of the problem," said Dumbledore calmly. "But firstly, no, Harry, not seven Horcruzes: six. The seventh part of his soul, however maimed, resides inside his regenerated body.
