yeah, Ben Moody left and tried to get a solo career.
the key word is tried.
The only song I've heard from him is on the FF4 soundtrack, which is one of the better songs on the album.

Yeah... the single is just some radio promo with the one song. I'm suprised the whole album hasn't leaked yet.

Eh, I'm sure it's mastered or close to being mastered... I've seen albums leak several months before their release dates. This one comes out in early October I believe... so I expect a leak fairly soon.

just listened to the song...you can definitly tell Moody isnt there because it doesnt have the same god damn riff he puts in every single song he's ever done...I like it, different from there early stuff, but still recognizable as Evanescence

yeah, read it in an article about them ditching there manager as well...apparently he refused to sever professional ties with Moodey after he left the band, and they didnt want to associate with him because of it anymore either

I listened to the preview last week... I'm not impressed. The melody is almost county-like, and the vocals remind me of Christina (X-tina) whatshername. I'll give it another listen next time I have internet access on a non-public computer...
