Has there ever been a case where a human has been given amputated mutant body parts and gained power as a result? Just curious.

i doubt that would work- its in DNA. the blood from the limb or organ would be replaced by the persons blood that would carry their own DNA. Maybe it could work for however long a blood cell survives. i can't recall it happening

Are you forgetting the U-Men during Morrisons run on New X-Men. The butchered mutants for their bady parts and grafted them to themselves. Alot of the organs failed though but some worked. I remember one in particular had an electric blood transfusion.

I'm not sure if Arana technically qualifies as a mutant, but Terror, Inc. "borrowed" one of her arms in Marvel Team-Up 16. At the very least, he got a strength boost.

The U-Men were one of he things I liked about Morrison's run.

And that's what Terror Inc does....his whole bady is from other folks....I have one issue where he does something and says "My Left arm used to belong to a championship arm wrestler)..but yeah, that's like...his whole thing...one time he ripped the wings off of a demon and flew around hell.
