Comics Which mutant has the power to touch Rogue without dying?

I ask this because I was reading my comic (between the tales of apocalypse and X-men cronicles) and Magneto touched Rogue without hurting himself. Here's the exact quote:

"Let me show you something. I've been thinking a great deal of your absorption powers...the way flesh-to-flesh contact triggers your mutant ability..if I could create a biomagnetic shield around my body...then just perhaps...

then he touched her. I was wondering since their are other mutant powerful than Magneto, who else can prevent her power from harming them?

It isnt skin-to-skin when he's in his ice form so I think he can. Unless this has been proved before Explodingboy?

Well he is still organic ice so I would imagine she can't. Just like how she cant touch Pete anymore because he is organic steel

If Gambit created a Kinetic field around him, then wouldn't it work with Cannonball?

And also, aren't extremely powerful mutants or some alien beings not affected. For example; Hyperion, Gladiator, Superman (i know he's DC) and hasn't Juggernaut resisted it on a few occasions?

Yeah in AOA she permanently absorbed Polaris. If she can't absorb Polaris in 616 than 616 Polaris is probably more powerful than AOA Polaris.

Well one of her earliest stories, proving herself to the X-Men was when she absorbed Colosus.. in armoured form.. in a very damaged state, even though it risked her own life considerably. The fact it was retconned later so that they could touch was just lame. (especially as im quite sure it was by the same writer)

I've seen her have skin-to-skin contact with Colossus and Magneto before. This brings up the obvious inference that if Magneto is able to block out her mutant absorption powers, maybe Polaris can too.

There is also Chance of the Fallen Angels who can temporarily neutralize powers.
