Everything's is good then he goes to the bathroom and all of a sudden she starts talking to me using slang, in other words "talking black", which was funny because she was talking normally the whole time until that point; as if I'm suppose to respond to that just because I'm black.

Just a reminder to everyone out there: nobody who speaks Ebonics puts the word "yo" at the end of a sentence. It's usually used at the beginning to catch attention, or thrown in the middle for emphasis.

Whenever someone tries to "talk black" with me, I continue to use my regular, suburbanized, "white washed", geeky voice. It usually snaps them out of it, if they don't normally talk that way. If they do normally talk that way (and I can usually tell), I start absorbing the ghetto slang like a sponge, and end up using it, myself. Such is the problem with being a black man who spent his childhood split between 'da hood' and the suburbs.
