Have a Story... but can't start the script...HELP

Hi, i used to post her all the time under my old name, and i actually posted the first draft of this screenplay. It was called The Time Shifters as someone requested.

Since i first posted this last summer, it has gone through DRASTIC changes including new characters, discarding old ones, a new city, and new time period, and many other things. I have set myself on the story and everything (i even have the final scene written so that i no i will get there (very J.K. Rowling)) but I just cant start is off right. I soons too Aeon Flux, (which as a HUGE inspiration actually). Ne one wanna help?

Yeah... but it is completely different... kinda. That wasnt that great when i first started it.

Plot it all out before hand, using the three act structure. Then dive in.

I'm not entirely clear on what you're having trouble with. Do you already have a pretty detailed plot outline (written down, or in your head) of what the characters in your script are supposed to be doing in the early scenes, and the scenes after that, and the scenes in the middle of the film, all the way through to the Grand Finale? Just having trouble getting the script started with a really good Opening Scene to grab the audience's attention and get things rolling?

Or do you know who the characters are supposed to be, and where they all end up in the Grand Finale of the story, but you're still having a lot of trouble figuring out all the details of how they will meet, introduce themselves, start working together for the common good, whatever it is you need them to do in order to get to that final scene you've already written?

Ok... I have a 1st Act and a 3rd Act, but i cant figure out the 2nd. Also I have this character, the love interest who i need to become more involved/likeable.
