Have Thor and Ghost Rider ever teamed up?

Well, back in Avengers #214, the Avengers (Captain America, Tigra, Thor & Iron Man) battle Ghost Rider in New Mexico... I think Thor hurls his hammer at him, and he catches it and uses it to pummel Thor when it goes back to him... or something like that...

At the end of the issue, when Warren Washington (the Angel) calms Ghost Rider down, he turns back to Johnny Blaze & the Avengers leave him alone to sort out his own problems... or something like that...

I read this issue almost 30 years ago...

Better re read the book TMOB, http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/3841/751/1600/Avengers214-BikeKick.jpg. It was the motorcycle that hit Thor, not the hammer
