Comedy HBO's The Righteous Gemstones

That third episode was great. Walton Goggins as an old man is just hilarious and genius at the same time. Also, while that bit at the mall towards the end nearly killed me, especially
seeing that one guy walk out with that confident stride butt ass naked
I honestly can't remember ever laughing harder at a line than I did when after that interrogation scene Jody Hill's character says "You Play Too Much''. I don't know why, but I just lost it at that point lol.

Well, THAT certainly escalated.

EDIT: Oh god, that preview... Glorious.

Didn't see the preview for next time, but at this rate, no way that Gideon remains undetected for long because Jesse is all over this. I half expected him to chase them into the woods when the episode ended.

The only thing about next week is I kind of wish they had the budget to pull off that Marvel de-aging **** to make Goodman look like his early Roseanne days, rather than put a wig and some makeup on and expect us to believe a late sixty-something is a late thirty-something.

Okay now I'm wondering where Baby Billy's son is and/or whether he's been under our noses this whole time.

*casts suspicious glare at Judy's fiancé*

Oh dear god. She was giving him crush eyes at her party...

The kids did a good job. Really sold themselves as kid versions of Jessi and Judy. And I am not going to lie, they did a real good job of recreating the 80's evangelical. I was having flashbacks from childhood.

I'll never get over "Running through the house with a pickle in my mouth".

Well, that is one way to open an episode.

Jesse's phone call with Scotty might be my favorite part of last night's episode.

The actor who plays Judy's boyfriend reminds me very much of Jack McBrayer, and that just makes me want to see McBrayer on this show at some point, especially now that it got renewed. For some reason, I feel like he'd be a perfect fit for a guest appearance.

Judy's speech to her father was hilarious. Also, seeing her fiance's giant gem earring in the preview is great.

Yeah, that was their best episode so far.

I love Cassidy Freeman.

EDIT: Oh dear god, Kelvin in the next episode...

Also Amber just walking out so calmly with that paintball gun.

Jesse clearly learned nothing from Rickon Stark when he decided to just run in a straight line.

I liked that finale.

Of course Judy kidnapped a 3rd grader.

Great finale and one of the funnier episodes. So many jokes.

"Enjoy the rest of your Outback Steakhouse meal, Judy. G'day."

The finale was a lot of fun, but I don't thnk anything made me laugh harder than the opening scene with the Bee in the hospital room lol. Also, I think Judy was really the MVP of the later half of this season. From her scenes with the grocery store basket in the last episode to her whole monologue of kidnapping a kid and stalking her professor. Edi Patterson really pulled off those scenes.
