Okay,

I'm creating a character who's able to jump from the six or even the seven floor and land on earth on his bare feet without even a scratch.
My idea is that his MOLECULAR DENSITY is slightly LOWER than the average human, so he's much lighter than us, and that truly prevents him to be "HEAVY".
I was also thinking to give him HOLLOW BONES... but then, again, how could he fight if his bones break so easily?

Anyway, he wears a bullet-proof suit, so I suppose the costume can "enhance" his resistence in order to counterbalance his power.

Any suggestions? :doom: Many thanks!

If you give him a lower molecular density, you should give him some sort of constant energy flow in and around his body. So that while he may be lighter, the energy binds his body together making it incredibley hard to hurt him. But because of that low molecular density, if he does get hurt, he gets hurt bad.

Or I'd think about giving him enhanced cartilage for shock absorbtion. Make his skin stronger and more elasticated/rubber like so that it can indent without tearing and return to normal form. This will also take a lot of the impact.

I'd give him the ability to adjust his molecular density. He can either be really light in order to jump high and far, or really heavy as to not lose his footing if being attacked.
