Help with audio downloading....

Hi,

I accidentally put this in the wrong thread but any help here would be very much appreciated.

I use a Mac and am currently downloading a video torrent file. It is not quite done (I can come back to it from time to time and it is annoying enough how sometimes it is a fast download and sometimes it is ultra-slow), but anyway...

some of the files are pretty much finished downloading onto an AVI file. I use Quicktime with some enhancments to open them. When I do I get the video and no sound....now the download is not quite finished but I would guess if it has moved onto to other files and I have all the video that I should have all the audio too. Is there something I need to downlaod to fix this or is there any easy way to convert them to mpegs?

I have VLC, and what you do on there is switch audio tracks, I dunno if it works the same for Quicktime.
