Caine in Shakespearean Sci-Fi

Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more ... but this time in sci-fi. Darclight Films is producing Henry5, a futuristic, apocalyptic take on William Shakespeare's Henry IV and Henry V, and has set a stellar cast to star in it.
The Playlist and Production Weekly report that Henry5 is currently being shopped at the American Film Market.
Darclight's official site says the Michael Anderson-directed sci-fi/action film is currently in pre-production and has Michael Caine, Ray Winstone (The Departed), Vinnie Jones (X-Men: The Last Stand), Derek Jacobi (Gladiator) and Gerard Depardieu (The Man in the Iron Mask) set to star.
Here's the plot synopsis from Darclight's site: "In an age of apocalypse, in a land without a leader, a dissolute prince finds redemption when he crushes a rebellion that threatens to destroy his father's kingdom. But upon assuming the throne himself, he immediately engineers a war against a neighboring state to slake his lust for power. Despite his enemy possessing weaponry rendering their forces almost invincible, the newly crowned king seizes a glorious victory from the jaws of defeat by ruthlessness and cunning. But for all his wiles there's one thing the young monarch has overlooked. Just as he's prepared to do whatever it takes to ensure victory, so is his enemy..."
One of the producers of Henry5 is Stephen Evans, who also produced Kenneth Branagh's 1989 adaptation of Henry V.
