Screw that, those look painful! My wife has a rather extensive shoe collection, including a lot of very severe looking stillettos. She's not worn them as much in the last couple of years and they do bother her feet now to wear them for too long, where she used to be able to wear them for quite awhile with no trouble at all. It's a conditioning thing, apparently.

Oh most definitely. If you get out of the habit of wearing heels, the next time you wear them it's hell on your feet. You have to develop calluses in the right places to wear them frequently.
