My biggest "Holy Sh**" moment in recent memory was in Ultimates 2 #10 where

Hawkeye was tied up and about to be executed and he pulled out his own fingernails and used them as projectiles to kill everyone in the room. Then broke that Colonel's neck, and the soldiers flooded the room, he killed 'em all, looked up at the security cam and said, "Run."

My jaw was on the floor and I officially had a new favorite member of the Ultimates.

colossus' return was definately a holy **** moment. just that one page alone, with him standing there behind kitty was possibly the greatest thing i've ever seen in comics.

The Punisher killing a man in front of the cops so he could join Matt Murdock in prison.

toppling Galactus

and making him scream

Also:

Jahf knocking Wolverine into orbit

Juggernaut still kicking ass even after being reduced to a skeleton

Thanos knocking Galactus on his ass (of course, he didn't stay down)

Hulk holding up a mountain range (although he had "leverage" )

That's not even The holy **** moment. That was the next panel that i can't find a scan of, where Colossus's is holding Riptide's dead body by the throat and threaten's Harpoon with "Harpoon, pray to your gods little man, your next."
