Bizarre turn of events when I'm pulling for Vulture over Spider-Man but there you go.

Tom Holland 56 +1
Michael Keaton 41 -1

You people are crazy voting for a character you haven't even seen yet. How did Vulture even get to the final two.

Better him than Aunt 'Mei. Besides, most voting for Vulture are really voting for Keaton.

Yeah, I'm voting for Keaton. Plus If we're going by characterizations, I already like this take on the Vulture more than I like this take on Spidey.

Of course you would. Vote for a characterization you haven't even seen.

That's our harry.

??? We have seen him, we've seen him in both trailers. At least 13 seconds of him. Plus Keaton's in the role so you know he's going to kill it.

Oh lord, you think you have the characterization all figured out because you saw 13 seconds of him.

I'll give you this, harry, your constant ability to make people facepalm is impressive.

I never said I had him all figured out, I said he looks better than Spidey's characterization (who I have not liked so far) so I'm voting for Vulture. Why is that facepalm worthy? Keaton's a phenomenal actor. Why do you think we're voting for him?

13 seconds of scant vague footage is better than Spidey's characterization, when you barely know a thing about Vulture's characterization, and you seriously ask why that is facepalm worthy?

Congrats, you just elicited another facepalm. Told you that you had a knack for it.

Condescending much? Yes, it's better than Spidey because i've seen 10 minutes of him. What do you propose I do, not vote because I haven't seen Vulture in the movie yet? Does that go for everybody currently voting for him or just me? :loco:

Also keep in mind people voted for Holland's Spider-Man based off 5-10 minutes of screen time in a movie that wasn't even his -- let alone a main focal point like Vulture will be.

Double standards everywhere. :oldrazz:

No, just laying out harsh truths. If I wanted to be condescending I'd say something like reading your posts is killing my brain cells.

Saying 13 seconds of footage is a better characterization is silly, and shouldn't be taken seriously. You vote for what you like. I am not proposing you do anything. I questioned why a handful of people were voting Vulture, and the ones who said they love Keaton as an actor I can at least understand that. But you saying you'd vote regardless because 13 seconds of footage was superior to Spidey's, that was :loco:

That's what is called blind bias.

No, it's not. 10 minutes of screen time is substantial enough time to give people a good flavor of the character. Quality over quantity.

Didn't know my posts were overwhelming your cerebral cortex.

Except I already said part of the reason I'm voting for Vulture is because of Keaton. And I don't like his character, is it really that much of a stretch to say I prefer a character who looks 5x better than him?

That's what is called blind bias.
Well, yeah I guess, I love Keaton in everything I've seen him in.

Quality being the little we've seen of Adrian Toomes.

They're not. I said IF I wanted to be condescending I'd make a remark like that.

That's not the comment you made I am referring to. It's the one you said after that about characterizations, when you hardly know a single thing about Vulture's characterization. He can't be compared to anyone characterization wise, much less Spider-Man, because there is nothing substantial to compare to yet.

Well, yeah I guess, I love Keaton in everything I've seen him in.

Again wasn't the portion of your post I was criticizing.

Quality being the little we've seen of Adrian Toomes.

Yeah ok harry. And the earth is square, the moon is made of cheese, and Donald Trump is the least controversial President ever elected.

Because I do, I like What I have seen of him more than the 10 minutes of Spidey, how does that not make sense? If I was saying something like "He's the best Spider-Man movie villain ever' (which i've actually seen certain people saying across the net) then I could see your point.

That's what I can't take seriously. Either you think Holland's Spider-Man is Batman and Robin and Halle Berry Catwoman level bad that you put 13 scant random seconds (most just action shots) over Spidey's characterization, or you're being very blindly biased.

Either way, this is done. Said all that needs to be said. I'll even be nice and abstain from future voting, as that might give Keaton a better chance to win. So you have your little game victory here for the 13 seconds of amazing footage. You have to get some satisfaction from this forum eventually.
