Someone posted this in my MySpace bulletin, thought I would post it here.

"This is a survey to see how big of a movie lover you are. Mark the ones you’ve seen in each group and put the total at the bottom of it. There are 20 groups, 200 movies total. Total all of the movies you’ve seen in each group at the bottom and find out how you scored.

And only movies you’ve seen all the way through count. None of this, “I saw bits and pieces of most of it 10 years ago.” Good luck.

Post your score.

I scored an even 150. One more and I could have gotten two thumbs up. :(

101. I'm embarrassed I haven't seen some of these but the movies I like tend to be the "Eraserhead"s and "Fantastic Planet"s of the world. In fact some of the movies I saw on here were terrible.

Sandman138 said:
Yep, most of those movies I haven't seen for a reason. Also, these are all american flicks. No Fellini, Goddard, Kurosawa, or Truffaut. Hell, I didn't see any Lumet, Kapra, Wilder, or Sturges for that matter.
It's a Wonderful Life is on the list

101-150: One thumb up. Good job, you certainly like your movies. Try watching more of the classics and you'll grow as a movie watcher.

:(

What a crock of bull****. For one thing, i've seen tons of classic movies which were not listed here so my assessment is completely inaccurate. Even If I watched the classic movies here it wouldn't make a difference since most of the films listed are not classic.

There are many remakes with no title change on here, so it is confusing. I'm assuming they always mean the newest version.

There's a slew of just crappy movies on here. Almost everything I watched from this list was pretty boring. Good thing most of what i've watched isn't on this list.

You've got things on here like all of the Star Wars/Harry Potter/Lord of the Rings sequels? That makes for a horrible assessment of someone's film watching prowess.

There's a very noticeable lack of foreign films on this list.

:o:o:o

..what can I expect?:(

Holy crap that's low.

I would actually recommend, to those who haven't watched movies yet (if that's possible), to see no more than 50 of these. 40 of those will be pretty bad movies, but they will be entertaining the first time and will go well with beer or wine.

Here's what I consider to be the "good" movies on this list:
Gattaca
Fight Club
Blazing Saddles
Young Frankenstein
2001: A Space Odyssey
Memento
Godfather
Godfather II
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Sixth Sense
Finding Nemo
Ray
Fargo

127.

I have no interest in seeing most of the ones that I missed. I could have gone for some more old school movies, though.

81...

but some of the movies are pure crap, so, I think I'm proud
