You have the right to say anything you want and no one can PUT YOU IN JAIL... however, that's all Freedom of Speech covers. Your boss still has the right to fire you if your remarks cost him lost business (as in the case cited above). The people you make nasty remarks about still have the right to sue you for defamation of character, libel or slander if your remarks are untrue.
