How do I get my taskbar back at the bottom?

I'm not a computer genius so can somebody help?My taskbar is at my right-hand side of the screen.Anybody know how to get it back at the bottom?

Click anywhere that's empty on your taskbar and drag it to the bottom. To prevent it from happening again afterwards, right click and lock it.

Try "rightClicking" on the taskbar....see if a box comes up that has a "check" next to "taskbar locked"....if it isn't "locked"...you may be able to drag it to the bottom.

No prollem.

Also, a way to tell if the taskbar is locked or not is that little dotted line around the Start button. If it's there, it's not locked, and I guess you can figure out the rest yourself.
