Green, green, and greener!! I think Hulk was at his best in the times leading up to WWH, when he had a voice of his own and normal intelligence. The hulk is a character himself; if the movies and their makers were able to demonstrate that instead of relying solely on Banner to provide a voice for a screaming infant they might've been better received.
