How do you sleep?

There IS less than half a bottle of Jaeger left in the kitchen.
:gray:

I'd be like this penguin.

:dkm:

Ugh... Jaeger. The only way I'd fall asleep from drinking Jaeger is from the extreme fatigue after emptying my stomach through my mouth multiple times to the point of dehydration.

I don't like Jaeger. :csad:

I had a hard time going to sleep in highschool, but when I'm in my dorm my body won't let me sleep for more than 7 hours at a time. :(

>>>How do you sleep?

..WITH YOUR MOM!!! ( sorry, that had to be done. It was killing me):cwink:

The real answer is that I take sleep very seriously. Regularly skimping on sleep can have many of the same bad health effects as poor diet, smoking, drinking too much etc. Many people don't know/forget that. Also, I'm a day sleeper so I have to make sure conditions are right.

What I do: earplugs, dark shade over the window, 2 fans blowing to drown out outside noise, yoga + steam room on most days for pre-sleep relaxation.

I sleep in complete darkness (no lights on at all) and a fan running (for noise.)

I can sleep anytime, anywhere, I have slept on balconies, patios, in hammocks, in bus stations, train stations, airports, on buses, trains, and airplanes, I like to sleep in total darkness, because I work nights, I have thick black velvet curtains on my windows, but I am a heavy sleeper, so it doesnt matter to me.

I also have problems sleeping, constantly shifting positions, going from 2 pillows to 1 pillow, flipping them over, adding sheets or taking some off... And lately it has been worse as I've been quite sick.

A sleeper after my own pattern... I'm almost exactly the same way.

As in, are there any certain things going on in the background, like a small light, or music playing, etc.? I recently discovered a girl I know has this little night light she uses all the time, and has been for years...apparently sleeping in total darkness and silence freaks her out like a mother****er. :o I used to sleep with my kitschy retro lava lamp on back in like 2000 because I thought it was "cool", but that got old after a while. Now I just sleep with my window slightly open because I got used to hearing all the outside random urban noises like the sirens, train track noise, and the random nut in the alley yelling at 3am for no reason. :o
When I was away at a convention, I kinda needed the tv on, but on mute to go to sleep. And I usually sleep better if someone is next to me.

Total darkness door closed on my right side. Which is funny because my wife sleeps on her left side. So we always sleep cheek 2 cheek :o!

When I am by myself, the lights are off, the heater is on and there is no noise. When my Gf is at home, the windows are open and the heater is off meaning in the morning it is freezing.

You were here before the registered Mr. Terrific. I dunno, just think you would of picked that name first.

Yes "THE" meaning the one and only, the greatest, the best there is, there was and ever will be.:word:

Cool.

PS, Bret The Hitman Hart wants you to stop using his sayings.

There is only one Excellence of Execution... and he wears pink like a lil biotch.

No offence Dog Lips.
