I can't fall asleep on my back. 1 and 4 are what usually happen.

I can't sleep on my back anymore because there's too much light & nowhere for my arms to go. I sleep on one of my sides sometimes, but that's usually a segway to just flat out on my stomach, which is how I sleep 95% of the time. I usually bend one arm to put underneath my forehead & the other underneath my pillow, with the leg on the same side as forehead-bendy-arm. That way all light is blocked out & I can still breath, and it's just comfy
