How far off-schedule is FANTASTIC FOUR?

Has anyone been keeping up? Seems like it's been coming out practically bi-monthly since earlier this year.
I guess being a key title in the CIVIL WAR "event" probably hasn't helped...

I don't know, my GF hasn't been buying the regularly like she was before, so I have no idea what is going on.

I think she is waiting for the TPB for F4's "Civil War"

Since CW #5 just came out Wednesday, expect it next week at the earliest. Wait'll you see what Sue and Johnny are doing!

Oh, and Reed figures very prominently (he dominates the cover, in fact, but not the cover depicted in my link) in New Avengers: Illuminati #2. Newsarama has an interview with Bendis about this.

Well the 45th anniversary supposed to be this month is now January, so it's basically 2 months behind. There are two issues in January to help catch up a bit, but then we get a one-month break in February.

I think the only reason it's late is because of Civil War itself being late.

Obviously, they couldn't release, say, the issue of Reed and Sue breaking up before the Civil War issue featuring it was released.

Now that CIVIL WAR #7 has been delayed til Feb.22nd...
I guess the new FF is being delayed, too?

Apparently not. FF #542 came out today. And FF #543 is scheduled for February 21st.

Curiously enough, this new delay actually HELPS us FF fans in a way. Whereas before we were missing out on a comic in February, we now get 543 in February and so are back to a monthly schedule, hopefully marking the end of the delays
