Actually, I am 99.99% sure zeelhar's figure is first batch. The second batch mod rumour only started couple days ago, from the toy-world board, where a poster in HK has supposedly bought a TDK Bats figure that looks different straight out of the box.

well i'm pretty sure mine is a 1st batch its really how you pose him that's how i got him to look that way when i first got him and took him out of the box i didn't like him but after a lot of messing with him i'm very happy now

For those of you here who has the Hot Toys Superman Returns Wave 2 and the Takara Batman, are they the same scale oe height proportion? I just got a bargain on the Superman HT and will get it in two weeks, right after I receive my HT TDK, and I'm sure they're the same scale as they're made by one company, but how about the Takara Batman and the HT Superman? Will they look good together?

You're partly right. IMHO it's too thin, but I can modify the body to make him bulkier. What I like about it is the face sculpt, it's the best Brandon Routh out there, for now.

You guys! ur making me freak out over these figures with the awesome pics!
I ordered Batman and Joker a few months ago, and I checked back 2 days ago and the guy said they will be in Tuesday. Due to the weather they were postponed until today, but they didn't even show up. So now they told me check next Wednesday. I cant wait any longer!

In true scale, Superman should be taller then Batman. I think DC Direct 13" Superman would look right next to a HT or Takara Batman. I will have to see if I can fit a HT head on a DC Direct Superman.
