How do you actually play this game and how much work does it entail?

After I get all the contestants together, each will get an individual thread. For example, JP vs The Original Bamfer. That thread will have a poll and users will vote for either person. The person with the most votes continues on to the next round, until only one player is left.

You don't really have to do anything, but any player is free to campaign for votes, how ever they want to.
