I'm not sure if this is allowed or not but since I'm a junior and I'm getting pwned with homework lately I think this is nesscary, it won't just benefit me but everyone. The idea of the place is to help other with homework problems, studying tips, understanding liteary peices, standardized test, ect. Since we have all sorts of people here from engineers to middle school from all over the world I think we all can help each other.

If you got a smart comment to say why don't you get out of here?

First off: What is the best way to memorize 28 literary terms by Wednesday?:csad:

Repetition. Whenever you get a moment, copy them all down on a sheet of paper. Keep copying them down until you've got them memorized.
It helps to carry one of those little sheets in your pocket for those times when you have nothing better to do, like you've got a clueless sub in some BS class. Bust those out and study the time away

I could just close this :oldrazz:

I think I might try that.

What's the best way to format and use a cheat sheet?

You can make smart comments... and all the other mods. :(

Even if there are I'd still pretend like notes aren't. :o

well the best thing I can tell which is really obvious write real small

But the teachers always find my cheat sheets and they're like, "FAIL!" :( Or I have to start over.

Wear a long sleeved shirt and tape the cheat sheet to your arm.

That's not fair. Are you saying a mod is better than me?:o

Use a notecard and it's easy to hide under the paper

I can't write that tiny. I guess I'll just be like, memorizing everything.

I'm not smooth enough to pull that off. I'll pretend like I have an itch to check five answers or something, then the teacher will be like, "Why are you faking that your arm is itchy?" :(

Use the old fashion way. Write the answers on your hand. Works for me like a charm.

I get sweaty palms though. Paranoia. lol. But hey, my hands are smooooth.

Then blow on the hand to prevent it from getting wet while not not being obvious there is something on your hand.

Or leave your hand open so it doesn't sweat and oh yeah. Don't get caught.

Cool, you're the best. All of you people who gave me cheating tips are the best. I'd give you an award but I have no authoritah. :(

One of my personal favorite ways of cheating involves getting back a test and then using a red pen on one of your correct answers and then showing the teacher that "they made a mistake". Assuming your teacher trusts you, they will simply add the points to your grade.

Of course this only works on fairly long tests, but it has made several of my B's into A's. :o

I don't know what my problem is.

AP US history? Easy. I got 100% on a 43 question benchmark.
IB English? Easy.

but a measly CP Chem class is tough as is ****ing Algebra.

And Spanish is kicking my ass. I can't remember the damn preterit and imperfect and irregular verbs.

Funny how a homework help thread becomes a test cheating one :D
