Ah, yes... Is there a cut off date for audition tapes? I have to think of a good song to sing for the audition, and I will do it total a capella style like they do in teh real Idol (which, I might add, I'll be auditioning for this year, so look for me :P ).

Can't wait to get this show on the proverbial road.

I don't think I did that good on the audition, I hit a flat note twice, lol. And Chase and I have been practicing on Xbox Live, no clue when we'll record lol. Hopefully Chase auditions by himself, than if we ever have a doubles day we could do it. [/hint]

Throughout the game, contestants will have five days from when the new theme is announced to when the "performance" is due. It'll be the same thing for the auditions. I'll let everyone know when that five-day period starts before their auditions are due. :up:
 
My odds are 14:1, is that bad?

Talk going around is send in audition by Monday after next, so not Monday the 21st, but the Monday after.
 
I'm not perfected Merk, I don't even think I'm a good singer :)
 
That's the one thing I need to figure out, is if I should just record with windows recorder, and then where am I going to upload? ;_; Oh well.. I -will- get this figured out, I have to at least try. :D

From that lil bit, I thought it was ok. The computer effects doesn't help you out imo.
 
Hype! Idol Announcements​

Do not worry about deadlines yet. You will be informed when the auditions are due a certain amount of days prior. This is to familiarize you with the weekly Hype! Idol schedule.

If you are interested in recording your audition early, please make sure to include an introduction stating your Hype! screen name, your audition song and who it was originally sung by. This will ONLY be necessary for the auditions. Performances in official rounds will be introduced by the host(s).

An Introduction Example:

"I am The Original Bamfer and I'll be singing Happiness is a Warm Gun, originally performed by the Beatles."
