Knowsbleed has the right answer, I believe. The judges will decide who'll get through the auditions to make it to the actual contest.

Even as a person who's actually going to compete (surprisingly) I honestly think that at least in the audition rounds, someone should get cut. It would only make sense and give the judges at least SOMETHING to do other then 'rip the people apart' as they likely will do in the following rounds.

I believe the last conversation that Bamfer and I had, we were going with the first round being an audition round with cuts made by the judges and hosts before leading to the subsequent rounds being voted on by Hype members. This can be confirmed later.
