If Reeves end up going for an young Harvey Dent I think Jack O'Connell could be a great choice, he played very well against Colin Farrell in North Water (and it's funny because Farrell gained weight for that series and uses his Penguin voice in it)

It’s kind of a shame Jon Bernthal is so wrapped up in Punisher business right now, because IMO, he's got a perfect look and demeanor for Slam Bradley.

I feel like that Rust business has probably limited things for him a bit on the acting side of things, but I could really see Alec Baldwin as a Reevesverse Rupert Thorne.
