I can't uninstall Adobe Reader...

For some reason, my Adobe Reader or w/e hasn't been working. When I try to install the latest version, a message pops up saying that the current version wasn't able to uninstall. It says to contact a technical support group or something. Is there anyway around this? Please and thank you, in advance

nope, it didn't let that uninstall it either.
