Actually, the "women following directions" line is recognized as sexual harrassment in a court of law. But it was funny though.

Lets be honest...a man and a woman's brain do differ in the way they learn. Women are more capable of learning through reading and listening while men learn more better from a hands on approach. Now maybe that is just how society has perpetuated sexist stereotypes and they have become ingrained in our selves through our culture but women and mean do not think or learn alike.
