So Discovery Channel recently had this contest where you make a video spoof of their programming.
Description:

Back in 2001, I was putting together a series of 60-sec. promo spots to pitch to them with the company I was working for. We were going to do three of them, so as to really emphasise a series of them. We had a contact with Animal Planet (we did a lot of their promos, like the ones with Kelsey Grammer), and we were all set. I did the first one, and was all set to do two more...then 9/11 hit, and everyone's priorities changed...we lost a few clients (literally ), and the rest of the project was put on hold indefinitely, even though we had good feedback from Discovery. I left the company soon after that.
Well, years later, this contest comes up, and just for fun, I send in the same spot I did years ago...and today I get a call telling me that it's made the finals and I have to dig up the original cut and all (I hardly remember how I had it all archived!). I guess they've changed a lot of their staff because apparently, no-one there knew that they were actually going to buy a series of these back in 2001. Now I've gotta dig through my old tapes and see if I have a version without music, as well as the original footage!
Anyway, here's the clip:
