Wouldn't these awards be much more valuable to you as an artist, if you won the award because people have heard your music and enjoyed it? I'm not trying to be rude, so please don't take it that way..... But most of us have never even heard of these awards much less, the artists involved. So we would be voting for you because you asked us to on a comic book forum, not because we were fans of your music.

I'm not trying to be rude, so please don't take it that way..... But most of us have never even heard of these awards much less, the artists involved. So we would be voting for you because you asked us to on a comic book forum, not because we were fans of your music.

The online voting accounts for 35% of the overall ballot count, advisory board members have mail in ballots and their vote counts for the remaining 65% of the vote so unltimately the online voting doesnt make you a winner but if it was close it would be beneficial to have the online help. The categories do have music players with a sample of each persons music so if you take a look at the site and feel someone else has better music than me then by all means vote for them. I do appreciate all the help I can get...
