Why on Earth would you want to move to the US?

It's worse in other countries. Think the taxes here are bad? France takes 55% of your paycheck,The U.S takes about 35%. We can pack up and move to where ever we want within the country as easily as we can drive from town to town.Somewhere like Russia doesn't allow you to move around like that.

Well one idea is to do what an ex of mines family did and just move there and dea lwith getting my citizenship etc later.

Her and her family lived in Maine and her mom met this cool guy up here and eventually they came here for a "visit" (with all they're crap packed in the car lol) which ended up with them living here.

And the crazy thing is..it actually worked lol

I was born and raised (and will eventually die) in Canada.....I use to see a lot of youths move to the states to work at BK because the American Dollar was so much stronger and they paid $8.00 an hour (which probably worked out to be like $11-12 (CND) at the time) so there was that appeal but now with Canada coming to .9999 or whatever of the US dollar, I wouldn't see any reason to move there...especially since we have free healthcare.....and better beer....

Yeah it would be to better my chances of the acting thing (and yes I am being realistic about it) sure we got a distributor for our short film but I think being in the hub would better any chances rather then sitting here and waiting on it kind of deal.

Ok so I'm looking at moving to the good ol' U.S.of A (my heart and eyes are set on the demon c**k known as L.A.) and would like some help...
