This is what could of been, starring Cannon pictures biggest star at the time Chuck Norris on a lower budget.

Lol.

Chuck Norris - Duke
Michael Dudikoff - Snake Eyes
Sho Kosugi - Storm Shadow
Michael Wincott - Cobra Commander

Who else would you cast?

Asgard, I would agree with you about Chuck Norris as Duke, Sho Kosugi as Storm Shadow and Michael Dudikoff as Snake Eyes. The rest of the casting for me, would go like so...
General Hawk-George Peppard
Scarlett-Catherine Bach
Stalker-Steve James
Roadblock-Mr. T
Clutch-Mel Gibson
Cobra Commander-Mitch Ryan (Lethal Weapon)
Baroness-Barbara Bach
Destro-Richard Lynch

We all know Michael Biehn is the only choice for an 80s Duke.

The movie even had an all-star cast such as George Kennedy?...Robert Vaughn?

There wouldn't have been stupid accelerator suits, that's for damn sure.

I dont find the accelerator suits that bad to be honest. They're pretty cheesy, but then again, it is G.I. Joe.

A Cannon Group Films would be all over that like fly to ****:o

Guys, we all saw the `80s He-Man movie. There's no way this would have turned out good.

I liked Masters of the Universe with Dolph Lundren!

A live action G.I. JOE movie was already done in the 80's, it was called MEGAFORCE.
My god was that awful even for a low budget 80's film, the flying motorcycle reminded me more of the M.A.S.K. cartoon.
