If anything at all I'd say Fantastic Four-because he has a Fantastic eye for visual effects and Fantastic Four is all about those trippy awesome space scenes and huge battles across dimensions and stuff.

Maybe Punsher because, say what you want. But the guy knows his action and has done many war movies. So we'd likely get a badass insane Punisher.

But other than that, I say Michael Bay isn't allowed to touch Marvel. At all.
