Transformers If there's ONE thing I REALLY wanna see in TF...

...It'd have to be the return of Shia LaBouf's crazy-mode. You know, the one that's been kind of AWOL ever since Even Stevens went off the air? I think I'll actually be slightly dissapointed if in the movie, he never runs up to someone screaming "THE CAR WON'T STOP TALKING TO ME!!!" I mean, what would be a better vehicle for one of Shia's famous oncreen nervous-breakdowns than a movie about cars that turn into giant robots?

I want to see Megen Fox's body before Shia Lablouf's wackyness. and from the new pics in the gallery I shouldn't be disappointed!!!

I don't want Shia to be the Jar Jar. I want straight-up ass kicking action. I swear, if they take away from any of the action (like the battle between Opti and Megs) with glimpses of slapstick-like silliness, sterotypical racial humor ("Welcome to Earth....yeaaaaa BOOOOOY!!!"), the smile and glimmer in the eye of a child, elderly people, or anything like "It.....truly was man's fault that we didn't see this coming...maybe if we didn't allow the Democrats to rule the house.", I will start stabbing people with pen knives.

I want the action and the focus to be on the real story of the robots surviving. I have a feeling that with this director's track record, which I am not saying it is all bad, that this type of stuff will happen.

At this point all I want to see- or actually hear- is an updated and realistic but clearly recognizable version of the classic transformation sound. Other than that I ain't expecting much but brainless Michael Bay "fun"... sadly.

If the footage shown in that 20 minute clip that bay was showing off is anything to go by then it seems that Blackout will, at least, get the sound when he transforms at the start of the base attack.

It's the final sequence with prime that i wanna see, that image could become quite iconic (At least in my eyes).

more nods to G1 and the comics. Stuff like the yellow VW beetle in the used car lot. I love hidden stuff like that. It makes the changes more palatable when that stuff is in there because it shows that there is at least an acknowledgement of the source material.

That's a very good point.
It might also work to convince a lot of us that the changes were for the better.... sorta like "you see, don't you think the Camaro is better?" sorta thing.

It's like they are saying "We didn't ignore you - that stuff just didn't work as well as the designs we ultimately chose". Based on that one snippet with the VW and Camaro together, I am inclined to agree with the choice of the camaro - and there's the rub... I got to choose

That way we as fans get the chance to see BOTH interpretations - sometimes even side-by-side (used car lot).

Not only is it a nod to fans, it also adds another element for the repeat viewing audience. If people know there are things to hunt for in the background it ultimately helps the studio make more money and increases buzz about the film.

I feel like that's something they should throw on a DVD and not release before the movie comes out. It kind ruins the element of surprise...

But it would be cool to see eventually. Kind of like when you saw designs of Wolverines mask for X-Men and realize... yeah that'd be kind of silly. Or the more wolf like designs of the Wargs in Lord of the Rings (I prefer the Hyena Wargs).

Sector Seven has those Transformer videos of Grimlock and the Insecticonsand while kind of neat to look at they probably wouldn't look great in a two hour movie.

Same as all those Transformer fan test shots that were on You tube.
