Civil War If Thor and Hulk were in this movie whose side would they be on?

I would say Hulk with Stark (although his relationship with ROss might complicate things) and Thor would be with Cap easy.

Thor on Cap's, since he wouldn't care about earth politics and simply trust Cap as a warrior. And Hulk on Ironman's, simply because that's where Natasha is.

but Iron man's side is also Ross's side

I'd say both Thor and Hulk are on Cap's side. Thor because of his love for freedom and his greater respect for Cap's ideals. Hulk because of Ross

Thor would definitely be on Cap's side.
Banner would want his power policed, so I guess he would be on Tony's side.

Well Hulk himself is partly responsible for the Accords so I dont see Bruce joining Tony and Ross (who probably still wants to put him in prison).

Thor might be on Caps side too since hes been his friend and prob thinks that the heroes like him need to take care of threats not regular people.

Hulk would side with Tony Stark until he sees the Raft.

Thor would be pro Captain all the way.

All three would be on Captain America's side.
I reckon Banner would think that the UN at some point would try use the Hulk as a weapon, or study him to make 'controllable Hulks'. And that's on top of Ross.

Thor and Hulk definitely on Captain America's side.

I think Thor would side with Stark (more so with the government, but therefore Stark by association). Banner wouldn't trust Ross, so Cap.

Thor might side more with Stark. He's come a long way from where we saw him at the beginning of Thor 1. He may want government involvement & discussion beforehand. Though I can honestly see him on either side.

Hulk I can see being on Cap's. He literally exists as a government science experiment and may see it as he can better control himself.

I don't know about Thor, but I can't see Banner siding with General Ross.

Banner is pretty messed up in AoU, especially with what Wanda does to him. He would probably either want to be thrown in the raft or answer to UN.

Banner would side with the Accords as he's the one that feels the most guilt. No one is more aware of the danger they pose than Banner. Of course it makes more sense that he's run away now but since the question is about if he were in this conflict that's where he would end up. Ross and the Raft would perhaps change his mind though.

Thor would probably side with Cap, but it might not be as obvious as in the comics. He could theoretically say that Midgard is not his realm so he should listen to it's rulers, but I think he would see the larger picture (as he did in AoU) and not want to be controlled by more petty concerns.

I don't see Banner siding with the Accords largely due to the hypocritical presence of Ross.

Besides whatever his obvious concerns of what The Hulk can do with his experience I doubt he would trust any government with his abilities.

There's NO WAY AT ALL Banner would side with the accords.

He's spent half his life on the run and in hiding so that the military/government won't find him and attempt to use/weaponise the Hulk. The accords would be putting the Hulk straight in their hands. The fact he'd be reporting to Ross would just be the icing on the cake.

Opposite side to Vision so the issue with him being so OP it's not so obviously hidden

Well, he wouldn't simply answer to the US Government. The UN Panel would decide when and where the Avengers are needed. So while Ross would love nothing more than to use Hulk as a weapon for the military, he has to basically answer to the rest of the world.

Thor: "Your path for vengeance is truly noble; that innocents died at your hands matters not!
I too was an Avenger in Sokovia. I submit myself to you, good Zemo."

Yeah.

I think Banner would definitely side with IM... Thor respects Cap though so he might side with him.

FYI

In Avengers Assemble, when there was a brief split in the team in season 2, Thor sided with Iron Man, and Hulk sided with Captain America. Cap and his splinter team did missions with SHIELD for a while. Meanwhile, Iron Man and his team tried to re-establish themselves and also recruited Ant-Man/Scott Lang.

I just can't see MCU Banner willingly putting himself (and therefore the Hulk) under govt control. Just doesn't make sense to me.

I see him wanting some kind of back up or failsafe, but would want someone he trusts (like Stark with 'Veronica'). But the govt. Ross? The guy who helped make Abomination?

My only, only, quibble with CW is that no one brought that up to Ross especially considering that of all the footage he shows of their collateral damage he handily doesn't have the havoc The Abomination caused in Harlem (something that was his and the government's fault) to display. A situation that occurred long before the Avengers was formed and Rogers was found in the ice. Indeed I can only imagine Banner at that table reacting to what Ross is trying to sell considering their history.
