I think grant gustin could pull it off! And it'd make it easy to see the differences between our earth 1 Barry and another one, and he'd look more like Barry from the comics! Win win

It's going to come across as the shows not following the comics while the alternate realities are. Smallville did the same thing when the episode Apocalypse showed that the alternate world was close to the comics while the actual show wasn't.
