THE MARVEL UNIVERSE HAS THE ANNIHILATION WAVE GOING ON WITH ANNIHILUS WANTING TO CONQUER THE UNIVERSE. HE'S ALREADY DESTROYED THE SKRULL EMPIRE AND IS ON THE VERGE OF DESTROYING THE KREE EMPIRE.

VULCAN IS ATTEMPTING TO DESTROY THE SHI'AR EMPIRE.

HULK IS LEADING A REBELLION IN SAKAAR IN PLANET HULK, AND WILL RETURN REAKING HAVOK ON EARTH IN WORLD WAR HULK.

EARTH'S HEROES ARE ENGAGED IN A PETTY CIVIL WAR AND ARE BASICALLY INCOMPETENT AT THE MOMENT TO PROTECT US FROM THE BAD GUYS.

COMPANIES SUCH AS DAMAGE CONTROL ARE USING SUPERVILLAINS SUCH AS NITRO TO CREATE MASSIVE DAMAGE SO THAT THEY CAN PROFIT.

THE INHUMANS ARE NOW IN A COLD WAR WITH THE UNITED STATES.

ATLANTIS IS UP TO SOMETHING.

HEROES SUCH AS IRON MAN, MR. FANTASTIC, AND PROFESSOR X HAVE BEEN BASICALLY VILLAINIZED. WITH ONLY PROFESSOR X SEEKING ATONEMENT.

DR. DOOM HAS RETURNED TO POWER IN LATVERIA.

COMPARED TO DC'S UNIVERSE WITH IS RELATIVELY STABLE AT THE MOMENT NOW THAT THE INFINITE CRISIS IS OVER, SUPERBOY-PRIME IS IMPRISONED IN OA, A NEW AGE OF MAGIC WILL SOON BEGIN, AND GROUPS SUCH AS THE JUSTICE LEAGUE, TEEN TITANS, JUSTICE SOCIETY OF AMERICA, AND OUTSIDERS ARE REORGANIZING THEMSELVES TO TODAYS "BRAVE NEW WORLD"

ALSO, WITH HEROES SUCH AS SUPERMAN, ION, THE MARTIAN MANHUNTER, DR. FATE, ZATANNA, THE PHANTOM STRANGER, SUPERGIRL, WONDER WOMAN, CAPTAIN MARVEL, SHAZAM, THE FLASH, AND FIRESTORM, DC'S HEROES SEEM MORE POWERFUL THAN MARVEL'S IN MY OPINION.

Hmmm, most of my favorite villains are in the Marvel comicbooks, but since SW has comic books, technically it counts, so the SW universe for me.

I'd be one of those Rogue Jedi who's very. . . grey. Not good. Not bad. Just esoteric. . . kind of like Revan from KoToR.

What the hell are you talking about? Marvel's got super powered mass murderers like Purple Man running around and super terrorists like the Brotherhood. DC's got more psycho dictators and alien invasions than I can count. Choosing to live there would be suicidal.
